Since The Sterling Group’s acquisition of the Hymix brand and design rights in July 2020, the product will go through a period of redesign, entering production again in the early part of 2021. Through this period we have a full range of parts in stock and are committed to supporting the mixers already in the field. Should you need any parts or technical assistance, please give us a call.
During this 6 month design stage, our dedicated team of experienced design engineers are working tirelessly with FEA Analysis and physical product testing, to eradicate stress points and produce a transit mixer that is ready for the rigours of the real world. The newly developed P2-Series mixer will not eradicate the 30 years of experience the brand has in the industry; but has fine-tuned it, working within the bounds of physics, to deliver a comprehensive mixer functionality which is both easy to operate and maintain. The Sterling Group has earned its reputation through its open, frank communications and its drive for ‘the higher standard’ in both quality and aftersales, we believe that there is a need for this in the aggregate industry.
Often considered to be unrivalled in its mixing capacity, the Hymix drum excels at both wet and dry plants. This combined with a high charge and discharge speed results in a mixer that is suited to you getting the highest return on investment. Using the British manufacturing the Hymix product boasts other innovative features to make your job in the field easier; such as the AwayWash system, designed to allow the truck chutes to be washed down anywhere complying with environmental requirements and avoiding the risk of contamination and fines.
