From their base in the North West, RE Buildings provide specialist steel framed agricultural & industrial buildings throughout the UK.  In addition, they supply farm equipment such as bedding machinery and cow brushes.  With a wide range of potential load types, RE Buildings had very specific requirements when considering their beavertail plant truck build satisfied by this Volvo FH 8×2 supplied by Thomas Hardie Commercials fitted with Sterling GP plant body.

The beavertail body specification includes:

• C-section channel side raves fitted with vertical lashing bars
• Heavy duty headboard fitted with chain stowage bars
• Recessed chain wells below headboard
• Post & socket edge protection fall arrest system
• Full-width fold-forward cheesewedge ramp
• 12,000lb electric winch
• Work lights on the ramps, under the body and on the headboard

A Metallic Sapphire finish, colour coded wheel rims and arches, alloy wheels and stainless-steel toolboxes all contribute to the stunning aesthetic of this truck which in turn perfectly complements the quality brand that is RE Buildings.
