Last week, Sterling gained two new ambitious and enthusiastic members! With an ever growing business and fast paced mission, our two new members will be supporting the operations team.
Kelvin Carruth and Cindy Culmer, have both studied business and accounting giving them an ideal background for working with the operations team. Part of our mission is to have industry-leading customer service so we can give our customers a great experience with Sterling. All the time, every time.
We believe that the best insights can come from the customer, so to us arrogance is the enemy of progress. We listen as much as we talk, always keep our customers in the loop and never promise something we can’t deliver. That’s how we keep our customer communication collaborative.
Cindy will be supporting our Finance Manager, Lois Johnston, besides fulfilling the role of Operations Assistant. Kelvin is assisting Operations with implementing a new system for the purchasing and stock control.

"‘We have had Sterling bodies on the fleet since 2017 and they have always performed well for the machines that we operate. The backup support allows us to rely on maximum up-time for our delivery service to our clients. With the new livery and the enhancements to the specification, these trucks will allow us to maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency for years to come.’ "
